What do you need help with?
A registration will only be displayed if you are the main applicant and the registration is active.
Your registration of interest application requires ID and income details from you and anyone over the age of 16 on your application. For a transfer application, ID details are required for everyone over the age of 16 if they have not already provided it. If you haven't provided these details, you need to upload all the missing documents and submit your application again.
You also receive this message if you have not selected the type of housing you would like to register with, for example, Community Housing. You need to follow the prompt on the screen to update your application and submit it again.
Your registration could be deferred because we haven’t heard from you in a while. Select, ‘I still want to be registered’ on the My Registrations page to let us know you still want to be registered. If, after doing this, your application is still deferred contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
Update your registration in 'My Registrations'.
If you want to cancel one of your registrations, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299. If you want to cancel all of your registrations, select ‘Cancel my registration’ in 'My Registrations'.
